About The Infusion Centre
The Infusion Centre is a modern wellness and infusion clinic supporting predominantly women across the Gold Coast, including many who are navigating fertility journeys. We provide individualised, nurse‑delivered infusion, adjuvant fertility‑support therapies and non‑surgical aesthetic services in a calm, welcoming environment. Our team is small, supportive and collaborative, and we also offer a mobile service for clients who prefer care in their own home.
The opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with infusion experience and an interest in fertility and aesthetic nursing. This role would suit someone seeking daytime hours within school times, with the ability to pick up additional shifts as the clinic grows.
You’ll provide high‑quality, person‑centred care to clients attending for wellness infusions, adjuvant therapies in the context of their fertility care, and non‑surgical aesthetic treatments, as well as visiting clients in their homes across the Gold Coast region.
Key responsibilities
* Prepare and administer clinic‑based infusions in line with policies, procedures and medical orders, including adjuvant therapies used alongside specialist‑led fertility treatment plans in accordance with approved protocols.
* Support fertility patients with sensitive, compassionate communication, reinforcing that all medical decisions sit with their fertility specialist.
* Perform client assessments, observations and ongoing monitoring before, during and after infusions.
* Provide non‑surgical aesthetic treatments in accordance with training, scope of practice and relevant legislation.
* Support our mobile service: travelling to home or workplace appointments across the Gold Coast (mileage reimbursed as per agreement).
* Deliver warm, respectful and inclusive care to a predominantly female client base, many of whom may be experiencing emotional and physical stress related to fertility or other health concerns.
* Educate clients about their treatment plans, after‑care and general wellness, using clear and understandable language.
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
* Collaborate closely with the clinical lead, medical practitioners and admin team to support a safe, efficient clinic.
About you
* Registered Nurse (RN) with current AHPRA registration.
* Recent experience in IV cannulation and infusion therapy.
* Experience with adjuvant therapies for people undergoing specialist‑managed fertility treatment (or a strong interest in this area) is highly regarded.
* Experience in aesthetic nursing (eg skin and appearance‑related treatments) is highly regarded,
* Genuine interest in fertility, women’s health and whole‑person wellbeing.
* Demonstrated empathy and compassion, with the ability to hold space for people during emotionally challenging times.
* Current CPR/Basic Life Support certificate.
* Own reliable car and current driver’s license – essential for mobile work.
* Comfortable working autonomously in a small team and in clients’ homes.
* Warm, non‑judgemental communication style with a trauma‑informed approach.
* Availability for shifts mainly during school hours, with occasional flexibility for client demand.
What we offer
* Casual start with a clear pathway to permanent part‑time for the right person.
* School‑hour friendly roster, with input into your regular days.
* Supportive, nurse‑led environment with structured protocols and mentorship.
* Ongoing training in infusion, adjuvant fertility‑support therapies and aesthetic procedures within your scope of practice.
* Opportunities to contribute to service development as our clinic and mobile service grow.
