About Us:
Ox Securities is a Sydney-based Forex and CFD trading firm delivering seamless trading experiences across global markets. We’re currently looking for an experienced Senior Payments Officer to join our team and contribute to payment operations across our expanding international footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and process payment transactions across multiple channels.
* Conduct AML checks, perform EDD, and enforce internal compliance policies.
* Investigate and resolve payment issues, disputes, and chargebacks.
* Liaise with banks, PSPs, and internal teams on payment escalations.
* Assist with KYB reviews and maintain internal documentation.
* Stay ahead of payment trends and contribute to systems/process improvement.
* Other tasks or initiatives as assigned by the department head or company director
Qualifications:
* 2–4 years of experience in payment operations within the Forex or CFD industry.
* Strong understanding of payment compliance, PSP integrations, and CRM systems.
* Detail-oriented and proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
