**About The role**:
Based in our
**Canning Vale site** and reporting to the General Manager Industrial Compressed WA, you will
**provide administrative assistance to the WA Operations Team **to meet all operational, legislative, production and customer service requirements for the production sites and provide support where necessary the Production Management Team.
As the Operations Administrator, you will have the opportunity to interact with a range of people across production operations and sales. This role would suit someone who
**takes pride in their work**, with
**high attention to detail** and
**enjoys working as part of a great team**.
**Other key responsibilities will include**:
- Support the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) process to achieve SHEQ targets and to sustain improvements in SHEQ.
- Manage document control systems.
- Provide administration support to enable effective people management.
- Support the delivery of customer expectations.
- Contribute to the achievement of the site operations targets by providing support to the operations team and the management team.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities.
**To be successful in this role you will have**:
- Demonstrated experience in office administration.
- Confident use of Microsoft suite of programs and SAP.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
- Good communications skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
