Your new role
As a Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in shaping the organisation's digital future, with a primary focus on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. You'll work closely with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements, manage the product backlog, and ensure solutions align with business goals. What you'll need to succeed
* Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in CRM or customer-focused transformation programs
* Strong skills in agile delivery, business process modelling, and workflow automation
* Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement capabilities
* Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable deliverables
* Experience in documenting user stories, functional specs, and process flows
Desirable:
