HR Advisor – Business Partner
Location: Bathurst
Employment type: Temporary full-time role for 12 months
Salary: $113, pa – $125, pa, plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
Your role: As a Human Resources Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience and driving business success.
What you'll do
* Provide expert advice and support across key areas including compliance, change management, workforce planning, performance, employee relations, recruitment and talent management.
* Help drive business objectives and deliver major reforms and strategic priorities.

* We partner with client groups across the West and Far West regions, delivering responsive, people-focused HR services that support collaboration, growth and success.
* We work closely with stakeholders to create positive outcomes and foster a strong, inclusive workplace culture.

* Experienced HR generalist with a solid understanding of end-to-end employment practices and legislative compliance.
