Location: Norwood, SA (Osmond Tce) Hours: Flexible (Choose your own schedule between 8:00am – 6:00pm) Start Date: Flexible Remuneration: * General: $144,000 - $192,000*
* Clinical: $160,000 - $215,000* (Estimated based on 20–25 clients per week for 48 weeks)
Our Vision: A Clinician-First Practice
Norwood Psychology is a boutique, modern practice that opened in early 2026. We believe that if we put good people together, treat them well, and provide a sense of purpose (with a bit of fun), everyone wins.
We aren't looking for people who "have" to come to work; we want talented, hardworking clinicians who look forward to it. We have one room left to fill in our newly renovated space, and we'd love for it to be yours.

* Modern Tech & Admin: Our admin team keeps things seamless. We utilize AI systems to assist with note-taking, GP letters, and ethical navigation so your headspace stays clear.
* A Beautiful Space: Move away from sterile, "cold" clinical environments. Our rooms are warm, contemporary, and newly furnished. You're even welcome to add your personal style to your space.
Who We're Looking For
We want Psychologists (Registered or Clinical) who are "bloody good" at what they do—or are eager to become so.
You'll be a great fit if you:
* Hold Full AHPRA registration (Clinical or General).
* Bring a grounded, personable style—conversational and down-to-earth rather than hidden behind jargon.
* Value connection and want to be part of a team rather than working on a lonely island.

* Are comfortable giving and receiving honest feedback to help shape a growing practice.

* We Are Not: A factory. We aim for a sustainable goal of 5 client hours, 4 days per week. Anything beyond that is your choice and your bonus.
