The Opportunity:
We're seeking a
Veterinary Nurse
to join our dynamic team on a
part-time basis
. As a vital member of our team, you'll support our veterinarians in delivering top-notch patient care. With shifts rotating between surgery, hospital, consulting and reception, no two days will ever be the same We're also happy to offer flexibility and can accommodate your preferences in specific areas, whether you prefer surgery shifts, reception, consulting or hospital duties.
What we're looking for:
Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent.
Availability for at least 2 days per week, ideally Thursdays and Fridays (can be negotiated).
Confident with animal handling, administration of treatments and management of hospitalised patients.
An interest in exotic medicine and developing skills in this area.
Exceptional communication skills to build relationships with our clients.
An eye for detail, a good work ethic and a willingness to keep learning and improving both themselves and the practice.
