There is an opportunity for the right applicant to take on a leadership role within the team, and further develop the existing oncology service, especially in clinical research.About the UnitThe Oncology Unit at Mackay Base Hospital currently has three experienced part-time medical oncologists.
We provide inpatient ward rounds and daily outpatient clinical services including telehealth to regional hospitals.
Our day unit is staffed by trained oncology nurses and pharmacists and administers treatments five days per week.Remuneration and BenefitsRemuneration value up to $483,619 p.a. comprising salary between $215,078 p.a.- $249,046 p.a.
