About the Firm
A dynamic boutique law firm is seeking a talented Employment Lawyer to join its growing team. The firm represents individuals and businesses, providing practical and strategic advice across all aspects of employment law, workplace relations, and litigation.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a junior lawyer with around 2 years post-admission experience (PAE) who is passionate about employment law and dispute resolution. You will work on a diverse range of matters, including:
Advising on employment contracts, workplace policies, and compliance issues.
Representing clients in unfair dismissal, general protections, and discrimination claims.
Handling disputes before the Fair Work Commission, courts, and tribunals.
Assisting with workplace investigations and providing strategic risk management advice.
About You
Minimum 2 years PAE in employment law, workplace relations, or commercial litigation.
Strong drafting and advocacy skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage files and communicate effectively with clients.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and willingness to learn.
