Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage the relationships with partner organisations associated with our community farm, including leases, service agreements, and reporting of conservation and environmental requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline such as engineering, environmental science, or business, and experience in land use planning and conservation management. They will also have highly developed contract and project management skills, effective interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, and be able to work collaboratively with senior management, communities, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the interface between the farm and our operations, including issue resolution, managing expectations, and conflicting priorities, and master planning input
* Liaising with operational teams and waste management to ensure coordinated operations and connection to overall site strategy
* Oversight of lease agreements, service agreements, and memoranda of understanding with farm partners and managing existing grazier transition process
* Administering services contracts with farm partners and grounds maintenance to ensure they meet our obligations, including obligations under our conservation management plan
* Managing planning permit obligations and planning approval for interpretative trail
* Facilitating cultural values study outcomes with Aboriginal partnerships team/wurundjeri
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
* Experience in land use planning and conservation management
* Highly developed contract and project management skills
* Effective interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

* Full-time salary ranges from $107,675.65- $113,862.32 per annum dependent on experience, plus 11.5% superannuation
