ABOUT KPAT HOTELS
Founded in 2020 by Kenneth Wagner, Kpat Hotels is building a portfolio of contemporary accommodation, restaurants, bars and pubs across Queensland. Each venue is shaped by its location and designed to create places local people feel proud of. Places for memorable stays, milestone celebrations, weekends away or simply enjoying great food and good company.
Our approach is hands on. We invest in, develop, construct and operate our venues, allowing ideas to move from concept to opening with a clear vision. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Met is after a stand-out Full Time or Part Time Duty Manager who is a strong leader with experience in high-volume, face-paced environments. This role will suit a passionate hospitality professional who understands what being hands-on means.
Reporting directly to the Venue Manager, you will be leading from the front and setting high standards, ensuring the smooth operation of the venue. Above all, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience and inspiring the team to do the same.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
To really succeed in this role we are looking for experienced hospitality person that has:
* Experience managing a large and diverse team
* Experience working in a high-volume environment
* Exceptional product knowledge and ability to drive consistency and excellence
* Business and operational acumen
* Skills to develop staff around product knowledge, service skills, team culture and guest relationships
* RSA and RSG certifications (essential)
* RMLV and Approved Manager credentials (preferred, but not essential)
* A true hospitality worker who is available on weekends and for late-night shifts
* A love for exceptional customer service
