We have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Lead - Paediatric Oncology and Rare Disease (ANZ) to join Norgine as we embark and grow into a new therapeutic area.
The person holding this position will report to the Head of Commercial – Paediatric Oncology and Rare Disease (ANZ) and provide Marketing leadership and execution for Norgine paediatric oncology and rare disease brand(s).
Main Purpose:
1. Comprehensive leadership-of and ownership-to marketing activities across the Norgine paediatric oncology and rare disease franchise.
2. End-to-end management of marketing requirements from strategy localisation, through to tactical delivery.
3. Design and deliver strategic brand plans and integrated tactical plans for Norgine paediatric oncology and rare disease products.
4. You will work closely and collaboratively with your internal and external stakeholders to grow and develop the business through targeted, data-informed and strategically-aligned marketing programs.
5. The role is Sydney-based, office-hybrid, and working across the Australia and New Zealand market(s).
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree, preferably; marketing, or business, or science, or medicine, or a similar relevant discipline.
* 4+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, including 2+ within a specialty care business unit.
* Experience in oncology, rare and/or orphan therapeutic disease area(s) highly preferred.
* Experience working with oncologists highly preferred.
* Experience with omnichannel marketing tools and sale engagement models.
* Effective and persuasive communicator with strong presentation skills
* Understanding of the compliance and regulatory environment
* IT proficiency in business-related packages - MS Office 365, Veeva, Salesforce.
* Completed Medicines Australia CEP program
* Ability to travel up to 15% of time
