Our client is seeking an experienced National Sales and Marketing Manager to lead sales performance and brand growth across Australia
This role will see you own the national sales and marketing strategy, lead a high‐performing team, and build strong relationships with key customers and partners. Working closely with operations and senior leadership, you'll ensure commercial plans align with production capability and long‐term business goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute national sales and marketing strategies
* Drive achievement of sales targets across regions and key accounts
* Lead pricing, margin optimisation, forecasting, and CRM discipline
* Build strategic relationships with high‐value customers
* Identify growth opportunities, including new markets and products
* Lead brand, digital marketing, campaigns, and trade activity
* Develop and coach a national sales and marketing team
* Contribute to business planning, budgets, and growth glide paths
* Ensure ethical, lawful, and WHS‐compliant operations
About You
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Sales, or similar
* Extensive experience in national sales and marketing leadership
* Industry experience in timber, engineered wood, or building materials (highly regarded)
* Strong commercial acumen in pricing, margins, and contracts
* Proven ability to deliver growth in competitive or commodity‐driven markets
* Strategic marketer with digital, analytics, and CRM expertise
* Confident leader with strong stakeholder and communication skills
