We are working on a very exciting and rare opportunity with a leading boutique Investment Bank as they search for a Team PA to support their busy Investment Banking team due to growth. Working in tandem with another seasoned Team PA, you will be the lifeblood of the team ensuring the team is organised.
The client is looking for an experienced Team PA who comes with confidence in their decision-making and can think on their toes. You as the Team PA will be in the office supporting the team four days a week in their beautiful City of London office, supported by a strong network of other Team Personal Assistants. In this role, you as the Team Personal Assistant will be responsible for a range of duties including;
- Organise travel arrangements both domestically and internationally
- Expertly using Concur for expense management
- Full personal assistant support across dynamic levels of seniority
- Be the go-to on supporting event logistic management; travel agents, restaurants, room booking, conference/roadshow assistance etc.)
