We are currently seeking a Coordinator to support our RSM Wagon Maintenance team in the execution of planned and reactive maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Support maintenance operations.
* Manage parts upgrades and ensure timely delivery.
* Confirm part availability for upcoming work.
* Lead the parts return process.
* Process warranty claims.
* Book out parts from the warehouse as needed.
* Perform spot audits on documentation.
* Maintain Daily Yard Status Sheets.
* Represent the team at meetings.
* Update maintenance metrics.
* Build relationships with Rail Operations and P&RL teams.
