Our Client:
We are working in partnership with an Australian financial organisation for multiple ServiceNow Developer + Administratoropportunities.
About the role
You would be involved in:
* Develop technical solutions to business requirements delivered/requested from stakeholders and relevant engagement team
* Provide guidance to developers and administrators on technical best practice, solution design and implementation
* Collaborate with architects to ensure sound design is aligned to corporate standards and principles.
To be successful for the role, you would ideally be:
* ServiceNow platform management and development experience
* hands-on experience with development and maintenance of Integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services, REST, SOAP, email, MID, etc…).
* demonstrable experience with analysis, validation and processing of data
* Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues, ensuring system integrity.
* Oversee and deliver training sessions to upskill the existing team on CMDB management and best practices.
* Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and maintain configuration data quality.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic and detail-oriented approach.
* ITIL certification (preferred but not mandatory).
