Guest Service Agent – responsible for welcoming guests and providing exceptional service throughout the hotel.

• Provide high quality guest service and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Use Opera (PMS) to manage reservations and guest information.
• Work collaboratively within a team to elevate the guest experience.
• Support daily operations, including check‐in, check‐out, and related services.
• Assist with guest inquiries, requests and problem resolution.

• Team‐centric and enjoy working toward common goals.
• Previous hotel guest service experience.
• Strong IT and process skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Opera (PMS).
• Knowledge of Brisbane and enthusiasm for local tourism.
• Availability to work across a 7‐day roster, including evenings and nights.
• Motivated to provide the best guest experience possible.
• Unable to consider individuals holding short‐term or student visas.
