**What this job involves**
JLL's head office in Perth is currently in search for an Assistant Property Manager who will assume responsibility for supporting two Property Managers. This includes a portfolio of 22 commercial properties and 8 retail properties.
**A snapshot of your responsibilities**:
- Assisting with preparation of budgets, outgoings recoveries, forecasts and graphs
- Assisting with monthly reports preparation
- Issuing of purchase orders and set up contracts in JLL systems
- Monitoring and actively pursue rental arrears and allocation of rentals on a daily basis
- Ensuring all AP Invoices are processed in a timely manner and coded to the correct account code. Follow up any issue raised by contractors in relation to their invoice.
- Liaising with contractors, tenants, owners as required
- Undertaking Lease Administration duties relating to Tenancy Set Up forms
- Collecting sales figures and input data into JLL systems
- Assisting with Bank Guarantees, Public Liability, Contractor Management

The key to this role is to ensure that all aspects of our clients' property are managed efficiently and effectively. You will be the key support person to this team, you will learn and be involved in Financials, Reporting, Strategy, Operations, and the management of the assets of our client.
This role would suit someone who is recently returning to the workforce, university graduate or someone looking for a new career within a leading real estate company.
