Nursing Manager Opportunity
Are you an experienced Registered Nurse with leadership skills looking for a challenging role that aligns with your values? We are seeking a Nursing Manager to join our team and lead the strategic, operational and clinical delivery of In-Home Nursing Services.
Job Description:
This role is accountable for ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies that promote growth, enhance profitability, and improve overall business performance. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing leadership in clinical governance, ensuring services meet the highest safety, quality, and professional standards.
* Ensuring the In-Home Nursing Services operations comply with budgets, operational targets and annual objectives in consultation with the Business Manager.
* Developing a sustainable business model and managing the P&L into profitability.
* Developing the Nursing business by identifying growth opportunities and managing relationships with internal stakeholders.
* Identifying potential business opportunities and developing a business development strategy for external customers.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Current AHPRA Registration (Div 1) as a Registered Nurse.
* Moderate to extensive experience in Community Nursing.
* Several years of leadership experience.
* A current Police Check.
* Knowledge of legislation relevant to your role, including Accreditation, Aged Care Quality Standards and Aged Care Act.
* Comprehensive knowledge of government funding such as DVA, HITH, PAC TCP and TAC referrals.
