As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing safe and effective care to our patients, working closely with the Associate Nurse Unit Managers to ensure seamless delivery of services.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent assessment and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with consumers and their families. You will be responsible for conducting accurate mental state examinations, risk assessments, and timely handovers, as well as escalating any deteriorating patient situations to ensure optimal patient safety.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Relevant qualification in nursing, such as a Bachelor of Nursing or Master of Mental Health Nursing
* Demonstrated experience in mental health nursing, preferably in an acute setting
* Current registration with AHPRA
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
