We are looking for a Product Owner to drive the end-to-end development and management of innovative digital lending products at Boost Credit. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional user experiences, aligning product strategies with business goals, and ensuring seamless execution across cross-functional teams, working to integrate digital lending products within our Boost ecosystem.Create and maintain a clear, prioritized product roadmap based on business goals, user feedback, and technical feasibility.Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the team is working on the most valuable features and improvements.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements, user stories, and product specifications.Ensure effective communication between teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the product development lifecycle.Product Delivery & Quality Assurance:Work with development teams to deliver high-quality product releases on time and within budget.Ensure that product features are thoroughly tested and meet pass quality assurance before release.Data-Driven Decision Making:Utilize analytics, customer feedback, and lending portfolio performance to make informed product decisions and continuously improve product performance.Monitor product KPIs and iterate on features to improve user engagement, repayment rates, and overall product success.Stakeholder Management:Communicate product updates and progress to key stakeholders, including senior leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment.Act as the main point of contact for product-related inquiries and decisions.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in the financial services, fintech, or digital lending industry.Proven track record of delivering successful digital products from ideation to launch.Strong understanding of product management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban).Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present complex ideas clearly.Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making.Familiarity with lending products, credit risk, and financial regulations is a plus.Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.Seniority levelSeniority levelAssociateEmployment typeEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Boost by 2xSign in to set job alerts for “Product Owner” roles.Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia 1 week agoWP.
