Full‐time position available at our Clifton Hill (VIC) store.

Store hours: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday–Friday and 8:00 am – 1:00 pm Saturday. Saturdays are required on a rotating basis.
Responsibilities
* Providing an exemplary customer experience to both retail and trade customers.
* Tinting & mixing paint.
* Following the "Inspirations Way."
* Providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge in paint and protective coatings, while assisting with sales, stock control and merchandising.
* Maintaining store presentation, stock management and housekeeping.
* Ensuring workplace health & safety.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated customer service with a personalised focus.
* Well presented in appearance and communication.
* Able to contribute and work in a team environment.
* Proven sales experience and strong knowledge of paint and associated products.
* Approachable, confident and energetic with a pleasant disposition, capable of dealing with customer queries and complaints.
* Attention to detail, initiative and ability to learn new systems.
* Honest, reliable and punctual.
* Ability to lift up to 25 kg.
* Enthusiastic and motivated, with a genuine interest in people and providing an exceptional customer experience. Knowledge of the paint industry is preferred.
