About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Site Supervisor to join the Blossom Homes team Working with Blossom Homes, you will be reporting directly to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the construction process of dwellings and projects and ensuring they are delivered on time and to our high quality standards.
What you'll be doing
Supervise site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow, productivity, and adherence to project plans and drawings
Oversee daily operations to ensure construction schedules, milestones, and quality standards are met
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, contractors, and clients
Identify site issues or defects early, implement corrective actions, and manage payment approvals accordingly
Resolve onsite challenges promptly with minimal disruption to workflow
Monitor, track, and report project progress, providing clear updates to stakeholders
Ensure all dwellings meet Blossom Homes's high standards of quality and craftsmanship
Enforce company protocols and regulatory requirements at all times
Promote and uphold Work Health and Safety (WHS) regulations across all sites, ensuring full legislative compliance
Maintain consistent communication with clients and ensure internal teams receive accurate job updates
Accurately enter and maintain project information from commencement through to handover in company software
What we're looking for
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role in the Construction industry (preferably medium density)
A trade background is preferred but not essential
Strong understanding of building processes and excellent relationships within the trade and supplier network
A current White Card and a valid Australian driver's licence
A "can do" attitude
Willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
A sound understanding of safety requirements and the ability to resolve conflict effectively
