Based at the Epping Hub, the Integrated Team Leader will play a critical role in operational, clinical, and people leadership to a multidisciplinary team delivering family violence intake, assessment, and intervention services.
You will
* Oversee day‐to‐day workflows, triage, and case allocation
* Provide clinical leadership, practice guidance, and case direction
* Supervise and develop a high‐performing multidisciplinary team
* Provide direct line supervision to DPV practitioners across multiple the Orange Door teams
* Promote best practice in risk assessment, accountability, and integrated service responses
* Foster a culture of reflective practice, wellbeing, and continuous improvement
* Work collaboratively with partner agencies within the Orange Door framework

You are a confident and compassionate leader with strong clinical judgement and a deep understanding of the family violence system. You bring:
* Demonstrated leadership experience in family violence, child wellbeing, or related human services
* Strong knowledge of risk assessment, family violence interventions, and accountability frameworks
* Experience supervising and supporting multidisciplinary teams
* The ability to lead complex practice while balancing operational demands
* A commitment to trauma‐informed, culturally safe, and collaborative practice
* Exceptional communication and decision‐making skills
* Passionate about quality care, coordinated service delivery and improving outcomes for women, children and families.
* A team player, with strong experience managing stakeholder relationships and working in partnership.
We are looking for someone who is
* A high performing specialist family violence professional who is an experienced leader.
* Experienced in supporting and developing practitioners to work effectively in family violence including with adults who use family violence.
Additional Skills and Knowledge
* Minimum Bachelor level qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Family Therapy or related field with eligibility for membership of an appropriate professional association
* Strong understanding of MARAM, Safe & Together, and trauma‐informed practice.
* Expert ability to translate theory into practice, providing targeted coaching and mentoring to strengthen practitioner capability.
* Strong application of intersectional feminist frameworks, with the capacity to embed these consistently in practice.
* Proven practice leadership in invitational, accountability‐focused approaches, including motivational interviewing.
* Effective system and partnership leadership with community service organisations and Family Safety Victoria.

* Successful candidates will be required to undergo a National Police Check, International Police Check (if applicable), hold a valid WWCC.
