We're seeking a driven
Business Development Representative
to help grow their client base and strengthen market presence nationally. This is a hands-on, results-driven role suited to someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving business growth in a fast-paced logistics environment

What you'll do?
* Develop and execute growth strategies that drive revenue and enhance customer satisfaction
* Conduct market and customer research to uncover new opportunities
* Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs
* Promote logistics solutions tailored to each client's objectives
* Prepare and oversee sales contracts, ensuring all compliance requirements are met
* Maintain accurate records of sales activity, revenue, and invoicing
* Deliver strong after-sales support and gather feedback to improve service delivery
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing customers
What you need?
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role
* BSc/BA in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
* Demonstrated sales track record and a strong understanding of the logistics or transport industry (preferred)
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce or HubSpot)
* Strong time management and strategic planning abilities
