* The Medical Emergency Service Officer will provide frontline pre-hospital care and emergency response services to Norton Gold Fields and its partners.
* Maintain a high level of physical fitness required for the role.
* Develop and review safe work instructions, guidelines, procedures, plans, and policies relating to emergency practices and adhering to industry best practices.
* Provide visible leadership through positive safety behaviors.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, preferably within the mining or resources industry, and hold relevant certificates such as Certificate III in Emergency Response and Rescue, Certificate II Medical Service First Response, and Certificate IV Health Care or higher.
