Job Description
* Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
* Develop and maintain internal control systems to safeguard assets and improve financial efficiencies.
* Prepare and present financial statements and reports to stakeholders.
* Lead and mentor the Accounting & Finance team to achieve departmental goals.
* Collaborate with senior management to create and implement financial strategies.
* Manage cash flow and financial risks effectively.
* Work closely with external auditors during audits and ensure accurate financial documentation.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Financial Controller Should Have
* Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Proven experience in financial management within the Financial Services industry.
* Big‑4 or mid‑tier audit background preferred.
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team.
* Excellent attention to detail.
