Support Service Operations Specialist

You will be working closely with the Service Workshop Manager in a dynamic and collaborative environment. As a key member of our team, you will have opportunities to suggest improvements and implement changes that drive business growth.

The main purpose of this role is to assist with workshop and customer service-related activities, helping us develop procedures and achieve our goal of implementing lean principles throughout the factory and office environment.

Core Responsibilities:

* Maintain workplace health and safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.

* Work hands-on installing new products, diagnosing problems, and finding solutions to repair issues.
">
* Escalate quality issues to the Service Workshop Manager and propose improvements.
">
* Assist the Service Workshop Manager with ordering parts for service jobs.
">
* Document service work performed, including warranty and insurance repair jobs.
">
* Participate in daily team meetings and other required meetings.
">
* Support the Service Workshop Manager with customer interactions when needed.

Requirements:
">
Organized with high attention to detail, able to create new initiatives and implement strategies to improve operations, effective communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, solid work ethic and prioritization of tasks on a daily basis, valid driver's license, experience in the recreational vehicle, automotive, or marine industries, quick learner open to further training and career development.
