* Salary: AUD $72,000 base + superannuation + performance-based incentives

The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating Find Why Consulting's sales and marketing activities to drive sustainable revenue growth. The role sets overall commercial strategy, establishes revenue targets and budgets, leads go-to-market planning, and oversees external providers to deliver measurable outcomes.
This is a senior role within a lean consultancy environment. The position is extremely hand‐on, and holds accountability for commercial performance and recurring subscription revenue growth, while working as the main point of contact with external contractors, agencies and partners.
* Develop and implement integrated sales and marketing strategies aligned to company growth objectives.
* Establish & be responsible for annual and quarterly revenue targets, commercial performance plans.
* Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify expansion opportunities.
Commercial Growth & Subscription Revenue
* Develop structured commercial strategies to grow recurring subscription‐based marketing service revenue.
* Establish pricing frameworks and subscription models aligned to market positioning.
* Set acquisition, retention and churn targets for subscription offerings.
* Oversee lead generation, conversion processes and CRM pipeline optimisation.
* Monitor performance metrics including CAC, LTV, conversion rates and ROI.
* Plan and direct marketing programs to promote FWC services
* Set campaign objectives and KPIs and oversee reporting frameworks.
* Direct brand positioning, messaging and go‐to‐market execution for different FWC services
Budget & Performance Management
* Develop and manage marketing and commercial budgets.
* Ensure profitability can be achieved from prospective business
* Prepare monthly commercial performance reports for executive review.
* Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on performance data.
* Select, brief and oversee external agencies, digital providers and contractors.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align commercial activity with operational capacity.
* Report directly to the Founder on strategy, growth performance and risk mitigation.
Role Scope
* Accountable for company‐wide sales and marketing strategy.
* Responsible for revenue target setting and performance oversight.
* Oversees external providers and commercial resources.
Required Experience & Qualifications
* Minimum 15 of years experience in senior sales and marketing roles with demonstrated revenue growth outcomes.
* Proven ability to develop and execute commercial and go‐to‐market strategies.
* Strong digital marketing literacy and experience with CRM and performance analytics tools.
* Proven experience in hands‐on creating & executing marketing campaigns that directly lead to revenue growth.
* Strong understanding of the Australian, British & US Aesthetics market is essential to maximise product commercialisation.
* Minimum 15 years of experience managing commercial budgets and setting performance targets.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Candidate must have significant network within aesthetics industry across Australia, UK & USA to maximise potential product outreach
* Candidate must have significant networks within FMCG across Australia, UK, USA
* Ideal candidate would have distributor experience and an established supplier network, to provide support to clients and company growth
* Trainer training and coaching experience at senior leadership / C‐suite level is desirable.
