What you'll be doing
Providing knowledgeable and friendly assistance to customers, both in-person and over the phone
Identifying customer needs and recommending the best products and accessories to meet those needs
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our product range, including technical specifications and features
Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Restocking and organising inventory to ensure products are readily available
Supporting the wider sales team with administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
Proven sales experience, ideally within the water sports or automotive parts industry
Experience in water sports or automotive parts industry is preferred but not required; candidates with any sales experience will be considered
Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn about new products and their features
Excellent numeracy and attention to detail to accurately process sales and inventory
A friendly, professional and enthusiastic approach to working with customers
The ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently
