Senior Project Manager | 6-Month Temporary | 2 days WFH
We’re recruiting a hands-on Senior Project Manager to deliver a multi-project technology refresh program for a well-established organisation with high executive visibility.
This is an end-to-end delivery role, not a coordination PM position. You’ll bring structure, rigour, and commercial judgement while staying close to vendors and delivery detail.
The Role
You’ll lead delivery across three initiatives at varying stages:
* Procurement Platform (Primary Focus)
Vendor selected and contracted. Out-of-the-box implementation with integrations. Strong focus on vendor management, stakeholder alignment and delivery discipline. CFO-sponsored. Timeline of 12-15 weeks completion.
* Payments Platform (Early Stage / Strategic)
Leading business case, RFP and Proof of Concept. High-impact, customer-facing initiative with revenue implications. Timeline of June completion.
* Events Platform (Light Touch)
Business-led project where you provide structure, reporting and exec visibility. Project plan to be completed during the length of this role.
What We’re Looking For
Essential
* 10+ years’ Project Management experience
* Proven end-to-end system implementations within set timelines
* Strong vendor and partner management capability
* Comfortable operating with small teams and high accountability
* Confident engaging CFO and Executive-level stakeholders
* Hands-on delivery mindset (not status-only reporting)
Desirable
* Payments or fintech platform experience
* RFP leadership experience
* Integration-heavy environments
Not Suitable For
* Pure infrastructure PMs
* PMs reliant on large delivery teams
* High-level coordination or reporting-only PMs
