Employment Type : Full Time fixed term role (12 month maternity leave contract)
Pay: $51 - $70 per hour plus super

As a Centre Director at Goodstart, you'll be at the heart of our leadership team, playing a pivotal role in supporting and developing the Teachers and Educators in your centre. You'll build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and communities, fully embracing the profound impact of your role in their lives.
In This Role, You Will
* Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice
* Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement
* Work with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating business
About Goodstart Glebe
Join our vibrant and welcoming team at Goodstart Glebe, where community spirit and diversity thrive. Nestled just moments from Glebe Point Road, our centre offers easy access to a variety of cafés, restaurants, gyms, and the Broadway Shopping Centre—making it a convenient and enjoyable place to work. As Centre Director, you'll lead a passionate team of over 20 educators, both full-time and part-time, including a strong cohort of experienced ECTs who bring depth and leadership to our practice. You'll Need
* A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
* Experience with leading and managing change within education, health or community services
* Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage
* Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management
