Position Description
Directly reporting to the CFO, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Weekly payroll for 100 employees
Interpreting various EBAs and awards
Payment of superannuation and tax
Processing new starters, terminations, and payroll adjustments
Bank reconciliations
Processing of invoices and timely payment of invoices
Handling queries from suppliers and customers
Various reporting duties
Providing support to the finance team as required
Ideal Candidate
The successful applicant will have proven experience in Payroll & Accounts roles and possess the following attributes:
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
A passion for accounts and a desire to complete tasks to a high standard
Willingness to hit the ground running
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
Honest, reliable, and dedicated
Experience with MYOB is essential
