Position Description
Directly reporting to the CFO, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Weekly payroll for 100 employees
* Interpreting various EBAs and awards
* Payment of superannuation and tax
* Processing new starters, terminations, and payroll adjustments
* Bank reconciliations
* Processing of invoices and timely payment of invoices
* Handling queries from suppliers and customers
* Various reporting duties
* Providing support to the finance team as required
Ideal Candidate
The successful applicant will have proven experience in Payroll & Accounts roles and possess the following attributes:
* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
* A passion for accounts and a desire to complete tasks to a high standard
* Willingness to hit the ground running
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
* Honest, reliable, and dedicated
* Experience with MYOB is essential
