Job Description
This role offers a tailored caseload to your interests or maintain a generalised caseload, flexibility in setting appointments and the option to work from home or our local office. You will receive strong supervision, PD opportunities, and support to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
You will work alongside a diverse, multidisciplinary team passionate about helping the community. NDIS experience is a plus, but your Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology skills and ability to inspire clients are the focus.
* Manage your own caseload in various community settings, including homes, schools, and aged care facilities
* Enjoy team social events, team lunches, seasonal celebrations, and opportunities to unwind and have fun together outside of work
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must hold a relevant Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy/Speech Pathology and have current AHPRA/SPA Registration (or pending). You must also have full Australian working rights (or pending) and a minimum of 1 year experience in community, private or acute settings.
* You must have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver's licence
* You must have or willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working with children check
