National Account Executive
We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Executive to join our retail sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our key accounts across various categories, including Prepared Meals, Canned Vegetables, Chilled Juice & Multi Serve Fruit.
Job Description:
* Account Management: Work closely with the NAM and NBM to establish and execute working priorities as agreed upon.
* Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Retail, Marketing, Category, Finance, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, and extended teams.
* External Stakeholder Engagement: Establish close working relationships with key external stakeholders across Supply, Marketing, Demand Planning, and Commercial Teams.
* Process Understanding: Acute understanding and implementation of internal processes, including pricing systems, forecasting, budgeting, and sales reporting.
* Joint Ownership: Joint ownership of the forecast file for Woolworths, Coles, and Aldi.
* Promotional and Portal Management: Joint ownership of promotional and portal management with the customer.

* Candidate Profile: Coachable and willing to work closely with key Retailers, positive communicator.
* Proactive Approach: Pro-active approach to the role and responsibilities, always looking to improve ways of working.
* Software Proficiency: Proficient in software systems, Excel, PPT, and any previous exposure to Power Bi, BlueShift or D365 highly advantageous.
* Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and numeracy skills as well as an ability to assess problems and provide solutions.
