About the Role Reporting to the Senior Mining Engineer, you'll take ownership of short-term scheduling for mine operations, driving protected productivity and ensuring delivery of the mine plan.
You'll also play a key role in shaping the future of the operation through continuous improvement and project work.
Key Responsibilities Develop accurate and achievable weekly and monthly development, production, and contractor schedules in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Partner with Development and Production teams to ensure operations run on track and to plan.
Drive innovation by introducing new methods, technologies, and equipment to improve efficiency.
Lead and support operational projects while maintaining the highest standards of safety and environmental care.
About You Degree in Mining Engineering with underground mining experience, including scheduling.
Strong grasp of underground work practices and procedures.
Proficiency in mining software (Deswik, Surpac, etc.) and Microsoft Office.
A collaborative, solutions-focused approach with a passion for improvement.
