Our client is a global brand in the lift, elevator and crane industry with a customer service focus. Due to continued growth in the region we are looking for a Service Electrician to join their team in a full time permanent position.
Reporting into the service manager, this is an autonomous position suited to a motivated self-starter who enjoys managing their own time and running their own jobs.

Whats involved?
* Inspections of electrical and mechanical systems
* Diagnosing and resolving electrical issues in elevator and escalator control systems, wiring, and components.
* Rostered on call duties responsible for your region - Newcastle, Upper Hunter, Lower Mid-North Coast
* Collaborating with maintenance teams
* Installing new electrical and mechanical systems
* Maintaining records of service visits, repairs, and installations.
* Providing excellent customer service
* Adhering rigorously to safety protocols and industry codes to ensure a secure working environment.
What we’re looking for:
* Valid Electrical licence
* Experience as a service electrician, with a background in elevator or escalator systems being a bonus.
* Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently.
* Genuine commitment to safety.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivation and the capacity to work independently or collaboratively.
* Flexibility to work on-call and respond promptly to emergencies.
* Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
