Membership Opportunity
Provide exceptional customer service to members and potential members through various communication channels. Answer questions, resolve problems, and explain membership benefits.
* Welcome and communicate with members in person, by phone, or by mail.
* Provide prompt and courteous member service, answering phone calls and directing members to product locations.
* Process new memberships and maintenance, keying information into computer systems and maintaining accurate logs.
* Verify member identity and business information for membership purposes.
* Collect membership dues using cash and debit/credit terminals, issuing receipts as necessary.
* Issue membership cards using computer systems and automated card printers.
* Key credit applications and maintain confidentiality and discretion.
* Assist at the refund counter or with marketing efforts as needed.
