Rosellas Community Preschool, a 50-place, community-based, not-for-profit centre located in Murwillumbah, has been a cornerstone of quality early childhood education since 1971. Operating from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM during school terms, our well-resourced centre is supported by an engaged Management Committee and Leadership Team.

Who We Are Looking For: We are seeking individuals who:
· Are truly passionate about Early Childhood Education and Care.
· Bring energy, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude to the role.
· Have experience in programming, documentation, and confidently contributing to children's learning and curriculum (if engaged in a programming role)
· Demonstrate initiative, motivation, and adaptability.
· Possess expertise in working with children requiring high learning support and behavioural needs

Essential Requirements
· Proven experience in Early Childhood settings, particularly with children requiring high learning and behaviour support.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Passion for building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
· ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Qualifications.
· Current NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC).
· Current First Aid qualifications.
· Completed Child Protection Training.
· Familiarity with the National Quality Framework, including the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework.
· A commitment to working in and providing a child safe and inclusive environment.
· Experience in planning, implementing, and documenting educational programs in the Early Years (desirable).
