About you:
* 1-2 years' experience in a senior retail role, preferably in luxury beauty or premium brands
* Strong passion for customer service and creating an exceptional brand experience
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail
* Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
* KPI understanding and confidence in reporting and analysis
