Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our client's team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and designing .NET Core Web APIs, along with experience in SQL Server, AWS, Kafka, and solution architecture.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, enhance, and maintain .NET Core Web APIs using C#.
* Design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions in an Agile environment.
* Handle SQL and NoSQL databases, and manage database schema using Liquibase.
* Work on API integrations and contribute to architecture design.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.
* Utilize AWS and Kafka for cloud-based solutions and event-driven architectures.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Required Skills & Experience
* 6-9 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in Web API development.
* Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, AWS, and Kafka.
* Exposure or experience in solution and architecture design.
* Experience with SQL, NoSQL databases, and schema management using Liquibase.
* Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.).
* Hands-on experience in API integrations.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
* Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication.
* Experience in the banking domain is a plus
