Job Description
What you'll be doing: Working across our F&B outlets and events, including Blvd Café & Bar, in‐room dining, pool bar, and conferencing and events. You will connect with guests, deliver high‐quality service, and create memorable dining experiences.
Responsibilities
* Prepare flawless coffee and a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, frappes, smoothies, and juices.
* Deliver extraordinary guest service and ensure loyalty guests receive benefits.
* Cashier with the POS system, providing locals and discounts.
* Create memorable dining experiences by connecting with guests and locals in the BLVD Bar & Café.
* Deliver room service, amenities, and pool bar orders as required.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in café, bar, banquets, and a‐la‐carte service.
* Experience with Micros or a similar POS cashiering system and processing credit cards.
* Willingness to learn, strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine Heartist passion for connecting with guests.
* Sound wine, cocktail knowledge with a creative flair to accommodate requests.
* Confident working within a team, helping each other and capable of working autonomously in your own section or in the bar.
* Current QLD RSA certificate.
* Reliable and flexible with a rotating roster including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
* Hold current work rights for Australia.
