WorkTrybe is seeking a switched-on, proactive Talent Acquisition Advisor to support our valued community healthcare client.
This is a standalone TA role working closely with an ambitious team on meaningful recruitment that supports frontline care.
The Role
Conducting phone screens and shortlisting candidates
Booking interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
Managing compliance, including police checks, WWCC, Referoo reference checks
Managing workflow through ELMO
Ensuring all pre-employment checks progress smoothly
Supporting recruitment across both Allied Health and back-of-house corporate roles
General recruitment administration and maintaining accurate candidate notes
Keeping the TA function steady as volumes begin to slow down but remain varied

To be successful, you'll need:
Demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition / Internal Recruitment
Ability to manage recruitment end-to-end independently
Experience with ELMO or similar ATS platforms
Great communication skills – confident on the phone and with stakeholders
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Reliability, initiative, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Ability to start quickly and commit to 3–4 days per week
