Senior Sales Executive
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for expanding our product reach and profit revenues within the SME market.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying, hunting and closing new business opportunities, with a strong understanding of sales channels and how to leverage them to build pipeline.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex systems to non-technical clients. A tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in a business/management/marketing discipline is required.
* Main Responsibilities:
* To develop and maintain a solid understanding of our product offerings through attendance at classroom and individual based training sessions.
* Identify prospective clients / sales opportunities within your designated market segment and nominated territory.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
* To be a self-starter/motivator who will consistently achieve and exceed sales results and KPI's as set by the company.
* Effective management of the cold calling teleprospecting lifecycle.
* To be resilient and tenacious in the face of sales opportunities.
* Requirements:
* A minimum of 2-3 years sales experience in business to business selling.
* Previous experience in a solution sales environment.
* Demonstrated experience in explaining complex systems to non-technical clients.
* Previous experience in the development of proposals and quotes.
* Experience networking at industry events.
* Previous experience completing sales forecasting.
* Experience in a role requiring the creating and delivery of sales proposals and presentations.
* Sales scoping and qualification experience.
