Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and developing strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
* Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share
* Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 5-8 years' experience in a similar role, with a focus on sales of renewable energy related technology or systems
* Relevant tertiary education in marketing or engineering preferred
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Proven track record of managing own workload and client groups to meet sales targets
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
