Syncline Haulage is a 100% Indigenous owned company which owns the first fully automated long haul trucking business in Australia. Part of the Contract is the maintenance of the Haul Road and associated road network.
We are seeking a skilled Supervisor for 8:6 roster at the Eliwana mine site, west of Tom Price in the Hamersley Ranges.
Reporting to the Onsite Project Manager, the role of the Supervisor is to manage the construction / maintenance process including coordinating and directing operators, subcontractors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Personnel Management:
· Lead and supervise a crew undertaking road maintenance and civil works.
2. Operations & Project Delivery:
· Oversee the setup and execution of daily civil and road maintenance tasks according to project plans and instructions.
· Ensure work is carried out efficiently, safely, and to the required quality standards.
· Problem-solve operational issues on the ground as they arise.
· Liaise directly with Mine Site Supervisors and Executives as required for project coordination or specific tasks requested by the Project Manager.
3. Equipment & Fleet Management:
· Maintain oversight of the project fleet of plant and equipment.
· Monitor individual plant time sheets and reconcile against service schedules.
· Plan and book in required servicing and maintenance for the fleet.
· Order necessary parts and consumables for servicing and repairs.
· Liaise and troubleshoot problems directly with the onsite repairer to ensure timely and effective maintenance.
4. Safety & Compliance:
· Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with site safety procedures, JHA's, SWMS, and relevant regulations.
Qualifications & Experience:
Mandatory: Current Section 26 Classification.
Australian "C" class motor vehicle license
· Proven supervisory experience in civil construction, road maintenance, or earthmoving, preferably within a mine site environment.
· Solid understanding of civil plant and equipment operation, maintenance, and servicing requirements.
· Experience managing teams.
· Experience with site-based administration, including timesheet and reporting processes.
