About the Role
We are seeking vibrant and compassionate Nurses to join our dedicated Recovery Team. You will be responsible for meeting the care delivery needs of each patient by providing a high level of quality service.
Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Department Manager, Clinical Nurse, and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered in line with the care values and strategic direction of the Hospital and Ramsay Health Care.
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
* Current nursing registration with AHPRA
* Minimum of 2 years recent (postgraduate) nursing experience in a critical care/PACU setting
* Enrolled Nurses will be medication endorsed and IV Qualified
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Remuneration
On offer is base hourly rate of:
Enrolled Nurses: $32.96 - $35.88 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW EN gr1-thereafter) (FTE $65,128.96 - $70,898.88)
Registered Nurses: $36.65 - $51.47 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW RN/Midwife gr1-gr8) (FTE $72,420.40- $101,704.72)
