Responsibilities
* Act as the link between architects, engineers, consultants, and construction teams.
* Ensure design intent aligns with project scope, budget, and timeline.
* Facilitate design reviews, approvals, and value engineering.
* Manage regulatory compliance, including Australian Standards, and local council requirements.
* Coordinate and manage design documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
* Support tendering and procurement by reviewing design elements.
* Work with the construction team to resolve design issues onsite.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as construction management, architecture, design.
* Main Contractor Building experience with a commercial builder.
* Experience working on complex and challenging projects.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong project management and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
