Job Title:
Key Account Manager for Oil, Gas and Renewable Energy
The Key Account Manager plays a pivotal role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients within the Oil & Gas, Mining, and Renewable Energy sectors.
Negotiating, reviewing and managing commercial contracts is crucial to this position, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop strategic business plans each financial year in conjunction with operational teams to achieve targets and goals
* Promote the company's brand to clients within the portfolio
* Sales and business reports in line management requirements
* Lead in the negotiation of contracts with customers
* Management and coordination with customers on all issues regarding their contracts
Requirements:
* Minimum of 10 years in commercial/operations, with a focus on Oil & Gas, Mining, or Renewable Energy sectors
* Tertiary qualifications in logistics, business or related discipline highly regarded
* Sound knowledge of contract management in Oil and Gas, Mining, or Renewable Energy industry practices
* Experience in achieving results through quality management and continuous improvement concepts
* Proven problem-solving ability with a solutions orientation
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of people
* Advanced skills using Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
* Ability to work autonomously using proactive approach to task resolution
* Ability to be flexible and adaptable to work in a demanding environment
