Position Overview
Analyze user needs, troubleshoot applications in front-end and back-end systems, and provide technical expertise in software design, financial evaluations, and recommendations for software purchases and upgrades. Utilize JIRA, ServiceNow, and Salesforce platforms to manage incidents efficiently, meeting SLAs.
Essential Skills
* Proficiency in HTML coding.
* Expertise in CSS and JavaScript languages.
* Extensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server Database design, including SQL Queries, PL/SQL stored procedures, Views, and triggers using SQL Server 2000/2005/2008.
* ASP.NET application experience.
* IIS, SSIS, SSRS Services experience.
* JIRA and Visual Studio Platforms experience.
* Bug solving and client solution provision.
* Effective team performance optimization.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Develop and execute SQL scripts, debug code, and implement fixes for production issues.
* Configure and deploy changes based on service requests.
* Test and validate configurational changes in test environments to meet business requirements.
* Deploy software patches, updates, and change requests while ensuring quality standards.
* Provide technical support and service to team members, educating them about the product.
* Conduct technical walkthroughs for the development team to understand the product workflow.
